Raw commodity seafood is a price fight. Value-added seafood is a product fight — and it is where importers, retailers and food-service distributors keep more of the margin. We prepare, portion and pack in Veraval, next to the landing centre, which keeps the raw material cost low and the freshness high.

Private label and shelf-ready packing
We pack under buyer brands. You supply print-ready artwork; we produce the film, apply your barcode, and print the declarations your market requires — net and drained weight, glazing percentage, species scientific name, FAO catch area, production method, country of origin and the establishment number on the health certificate. For EU-bound retail that declaration set is not optional, and getting it wrong at artwork stage is an expensive reprint. The Europe page covers what the EU asks for.
Why produce in India rather than re-work at destination
- Labour arithmetic. Peeling, skewering and portioning are labour operations. Doing them at the landing centre rather than in a European or Gulf facility is the single largest cost lever in prepared seafood.
- Freight efficiency. You ship finished product, not the shell, head and viscera you will pay to dispose of later.
- One cold chain. A single freeze at source beats freeze–thaw–refreeze at destination, both on texture and on drip loss.
Development process
Send a photograph or a physical sample of the finished product. We cost it against current raw material, produce a pilot pack, and ship samples by air for approval before any commercial run. Minimum commercial quantity is typically a mixed container; we will combine value-added lines with commodity fin fish or shrimp to fill it on a first order.
