What is the minimum order quantity?
One 40ft reefer container — typically 20 to 26 metric tonnes depending on the product and packing. First-time buyers can mix species within a container.
Which Incoterms do you work on?
FOB Mundra or Nhava Sheva, and CFR or CIF to your discharge port. FOB is the more common starting point; CFR simplifies matters if you do not have a freight contract on the India–destination lane.
What payment terms do you accept?
Irrevocable letter of credit at sight is standard for new relationships. Advance payment or a documents-against-payment arrangement is possible depending on volume and history.
How long from order to arrival?
Allow one to three weeks for production and documentation after the order is confirmed, then port-to-port transit: roughly under a week to the Gulf, three to four weeks to South China, four to five weeks to North Europe.
What certifications do you hold?
Chandrashila Exports is MPEDA registered, EIA (Export Inspection Agency) approved and FSSAI licensed.
Can you supply under our own brand?

Do you send samples?
Yes, by air courier, against the buyer covering freight. Samples are drawn from the same grade we would ship commercially.
How is glazing handled in your prices?
Glazing percentage is agreed in writing and declared on the carton. We quote on net weight, not glazed weight, so your landed cost per kilo of actual product is unambiguous.
What is the shelf life of your frozen seafood?
Typically 18 to 24 months from production when held at −18 °C or colder throughout. The date is printed per lot.
